Insurance and Billing
FOR PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE: As a courtesy to you, it is our office policy to bill your insurance carrier; keeping in mind that the sole responsibility of the bill rests with you. We require that your estimated co-payment amount not covered by insurance be paid at the time of each appointment. If your company does not pay in 30 days, the remaining balance becomes due to you. If any payment is subsequently made by your insurance company in excess of the portion we estimated, it will certainly be credited to your account or refunded to you.
In-Network Insurance: United Healthcare, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Guardian plans affiliated with United Healthcare.
FOR PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE: All balances are due and payable in full by the time treatment is completed. At the time of consultations, we will give you an estimate of what the treatment will cost. If you are unable to finance this promptly we recommend you borrow the money from a bank, credit union or responsible adult. As another alternative, we can spread your treatment out to help you pay as you go. If your balance is paid in full before treatment begins, a bookkeepers courtesy of 5% will be extended to you. Payment plans are also offered. Our office is In-Network with most PPO insurance companies.
We provide multiple financing options to ensure you can receive the treatments you need with a plan you can afford.
